Answer the questionnaire once. Show it to every buyer.

ProcureDC is a curated network for data centre procurement. Suppliers complete one Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, our team scores it out of 5, and buyers search the result by region, certification and risk level.

Every organisation here was admitted by a person. There is no sign-up form.

Two sides, one questionnaire

If you are buying

A procurement team at a hyperscaler, an operator, a private-equity owner or a main contractor needs a supplier who has actually built in the country they are building in, is insured to the level the contract requires, and holds the certifications the client will ask about. They find that out by email today: a capability statement here, an insurance certificate there, an ISO number taken on trust. There is no directory in which the pre-qualification has already been done.

On ProcureDC: search by region, country, supplier type, city, industry, years in business, risk level and certification. Every result carries a risk badge and a PQQ score out of 5, and behind it sits the full questionnaire the supplier answered.

How buying works

If you are supplying

A supplier answers the same pre-qualification questionnaire for every buyer, from scratch, and it never travels with them. The buyers who already know them send the questionnaire. The buyers who do not know them never do, because there is nowhere for those buyers to find them.

On ProcureDC: complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire once. Our team scores it. When it is approved your organisation appears in buyer searches with its PQQ score, and you can see your Profile Views and Search Appearances.

How supplying works

What pre-qualification means

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire covers Company Information, Health and Safety, Legal Compliance, Insurance, Environmental Sustainability, Equal Opportunities and Quality Assurance, plus Country Experience for every country the supplier works in, and, for Equipment suppliers, Cost Management. Country Experience expands per country: local information, then project and team experience, then capability and project opportunity. Documents are uploaded, not asserted.

A member of our team reads it and scores it. Where an answer is not good enough they raise a clarification and the supplier answers it in place, in the same document. Approval is what publishes an organisation into buyer search.

Insurance alone asks for six covers

  • Public Liability
  • Contractors' All Risks
  • Professional Indemnity
  • Employer's Liability
  • Machinery and Equipment
  • Environmental Liability

What a buyer sees, and what a buyer can ask

Filter by region, country, supplier type, city, industry, years in business, risk level and certification. Result cards show the organisation's logo, its type, its location, its years in business, category chips, a risk badge and a PQQ score out of 5. Opening one gives you the full company profile: capability, technologies, key strengths, recent projects and insurance cover.

A buyer never sees other buyers and a supplier never sees other suppliers. The directory only works across the line.

Filter by

  • Region
  • Country
  • Supplier type
  • City
  • Industry
  • Years in business
  • Risk level
  • Certification

Or ask instead of filtering. Verity reads the platform's own corpus, the pre-qualification questionnaires, the documents suppliers have uploaded and the organisation records behind them. Ask it to find suppliers with ISO 27001 certification and show them as cards, or to show a table of low-risk general contractors in Europe, and the answer arrives in the same interface: organisation cards, a table or a chart, with citations back to what it read and an AI-generated stamp on every rendered answer.

Verity sees exactly what the person asking it is allowed to see.

Documents move only when the supplier says so

A buyer can read a supplier's pre-qualification, but the uploaded documents stay closed until the supplier opens them. The buyer sees “You are viewing a preview. Document downloads are restricted until the supplier grants access”, and a Request Full Access button. The supplier sees the request in their own inbox and chooses Grant access or Deny. Only then does the buyer see “You have full access to this PQQ, including all documents.”

That is the whole product in one exchange. The vetting is done up front so a buyer is not starting from zero, and the evidence still belongs to the supplier.

  1. Step 1

You are viewing a preview. Document downloads are restricted until the supplier grants access.

The buyer reads the pre-qualification and meets a preview banner, with a Request Full Access button beneath it.

  2. Step 2

    Grant access · Deny

The request lands in the supplier's own inbox. The supplier decides, and nobody else can.

  3. Step 3

You have full access to this PQQ, including all documents.

Only then do the documents open.

How you get on the platform

Request a demo. We run a webinar so you can see the platform properly. If it fits, we quote you. Then a member of our team creates your organisation, your admin account and your subscription, and sends you an activation link. Buyers then complete a six-step registration; suppliers complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Neither is instant, and that is the point.
